Gymnastic Flies
A West Coast IPA brewed with Simcoe, Chinook, Chinook CGX and Nelson Sauvin hops. Collaboration with Tuju Brewing from Finland.
The aroma is pleasantly resinous, piney, herbal and grassy. The taste is medium bodied, mainly dominated by the bitter and citrus character of hops. The aftertaste gradually becomes more dry and grassy. Moderately bitter, dry and refreshing IPA.
