Pakane is a dry and crisp beer brewed in a mix style of ale and lager. Aroma is citrus-driven - tangerine, grapefruit, pomelo and lime. Orange blossoms and pine add some freshness to the mix. Palate is dry with a dominating bitter character, orange zest oils and grapefruit bitterness. This beer is dry, crisp and sharp like a true blizzard.
