Hop Roulette is a series showcasing new and experimental hop varieties. Manilita is the ninth IPA in the Hop Roulette series, using 50% Manilita and 50% Mosaic hops. The aroma is fruity-citrus and slightly herbal, grapefruit, orange and touch of herbal spice. The taste is juicy and fruity, orange, mango, passionfruit and grapefruit are prominent. The aftertaste has a moderately hoppy dry citrus bitterness.
Contains: barley, oat and wheat malt.
