Hop Roulette is a series showcasing new and experimental hop varieties.
Strata is the second Roulette series beer starring 50% Strata and 50% Mosaic hops. Refreshing and full bodies tropical IPA displaying ripe fruitiness balanced by hoppy bitterness. Hazy golden colour beer with white foam. Aroma is bursting with exotic fuits - mango, papaya, passionfruit, complemented by some herbacious grassy notes. Taste is full of juicy, ripe tropical fruits - mango, orange, pineapple, followed by some wild strawberry accent. The luscious fruitiness is balanced by herbal dry aftertaste and lively bitterness.
Malts: Golden Promise, Oats, Wheat. Dextrin, Golden Naked Oats
