A sour wheat beer brewed with blackcurrant, mango, red grape and black carrot.
The color of the beer is an enchantingly deep mixture of dark red and violet, topped with bright red foam. In the aroma, contrary to the color, is mango-forward, supported by currant notes. The texture is dense and the intense flavour shows tart blackcurrants, grapes, cherries and lingonberries. The sour tannic berry kick is balanced by tropical smooth mango sweetness. A sour beer with versatile flavors that starts the show from from the moment it's poured out to a glass.
