Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout brewed with raspberry and chocolate.

Jet black with crimson foam, the beer opens with rich aromas of blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry, layered with notes of cocoa and tobacco. The palate is silky, rich and complex, beginning with deep chocolate cream, sweet blackcurrant and caramelized, almost burnt raspberry jam. As it develops, dry cocoa and tart berry notes emerge alongside warm bourbon-barrel character and roasted malt. A bold, luscious and multi-layered imperial stout.
